• All Ground Handling rates are valid through December 31, 2008
• All Gator Tours excursions & transportation services are guided at no extra charge in the following languages: English. Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese & Spanish available upon request.
• For tours to Kennedy Space Center – headset translators can be ordered in advance or upon arrival (additional charges apply) in order to translate the facility tour, these are recommended for non-English speaking guests.
• All sightseeing services are guided by a professional, Florida knowledgeable guide and include roundtrip transportation and admission to the attraction(s) mentioned
• All sightseeing services have guaranteed departures on days mentioned
• Our office hours are from 7:00AM through 10:00PM, Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM through 18:00 PM on weekends.
• Gator Tours provides free pick-ups from meeting point locations in the following areas: International Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee (Hwy 192). We have a variety of meeting point locations within these areas for the free pick ups. Should the guest wished to be picked up from outside these meeting points or at their hotel lobby there is a surcharge of $10 per person to a maximum of $25 per family. There are no pick ups in Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park or the UCF Area.

• We gladly accept all major credit cards, however, there will be a $ 1.00 administrative fee per person
• Sightseeing rates are subject to change with a thirty (30) day notice. Upon notifying client of any price change Gator Tours will continue to honor any contracted rates up and until thirty (30) days of such given notice.
• Brochures, vehicles and marketing materials may state name as Gator Tours – Gray Line Orlando, as the company is licensee of Gray Line Worldwide, however all tours are operated by Gator Tours Inc and the Seller of Travel license # 17591.
